We ship from Los Angeles, CA to all 50 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and Canada;
- Free standard shipping on all domestic orders in the USA.
- $20.00 for Expedited Shipping
- Puerto Rico and Canada Orders over $200.00 : $30.00 for USPS Shipping (6-10 business days)

Our Free Shipping offer is valid on all orders shipped in the domestic U.S. and applies to Standard Ground orders only. Shipping thresholds apply to merchandise only. Taxes and additional shipping and handling (if applicable) and the purchase of gift certificates and gift cards do not count toward the qualifying amount. The total order amount after any discounts are applied must be more than the threshold to qualify. Not valid for cash. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.
If you choose to ship Expedited, and are shipping to multiple addresses, you will be charged $20.00 per address.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
GRAYERS RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order or would like to exchange it for another item, please send it back to us free of charge using the provided return shipping label. If the shipping label is lost, please reach out to customer service at customerservice@grayers.com or call 844.GRAYERS (844.472.9377) to initiate your return. You will then be sent a follow up email with the return shipping label within two business days.
OUR POLICY
- Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the delivery date
- All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached
- All garments are subject to inspection
- Please note, we do not offer free return shipping or exchanges for Canada and Puerto Rico
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on grayers.com. Your return will be refunded to your credit card. Please contact customerservice@grayers.com if you have any questions.
LATE RETURNS:
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of GRAYERS and may only be refunded as store credit.
RETURN OF SHIPPING COST:
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
LOST PACKAGES:
GRAYERS does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to GRAYERS.
INSTRUCTIONS
Returns are simple:
- Place the items in the box with original packaging and tags
- Use the return shipping label provided and ship it back to us
Once your package has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within seven business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
